With the recent health care reform being discussed in Congress today, how can we here in the US have a health care service such as that of Canada or other countries where health care is very affordable?

That would be a dump set back. Why would we want to do that? You obviously have no knowledge of their system. The come to the US for serious care. Where do we go?
